In addition to personalized analysis meant to help you understand the style and cut for your body type, Gotengo will attempt to predict which size may fit you best, based on the information you've provided, so you don't have to try to understand complicated sizing charts. Of course, we cannot guarantee our suggestions are correct, so please always use your best judgement when ordering an item.

Currently, Gotengo ships to Canada (excluding Nunavut, Yukon and Northwest Territories) and the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico).

When you place an order with Gotengo, in addition to showing you an order confirmation page with an order number (which we recommend that you keep a screenshot or print out of for your records), we will send you an email confirming your order. This typically arrives shortly after you place your order.
