Traditional selvedge denim is often stiff and unforgiving, but Nanamica has modernized the fabric using a Technical Core Yarn. By wrapping organic cotton around a recycled polyester center, they've created a pant that feels like authentic denim but dries significantly faster and won't "bag out" at the knees after a long day.

To ensure these are ready for immediate wear, they feature a One-Wash finish. By pre-washing the denim at the factory in Japan, Nanamica has already stabilized the fit and softened the hand-feel; this means you won't have to worry about them shrinking in your machine or enduring a painful break-in period. On the surface, the deep indigo is rope-dyed to fade naturally and develop a personal patina over time, while the technical core keeps the wide-straight silhouette looking sharp and intentional from day one.
